We walk through Albayzin, a small village on a hill above Granada, this one thousand year old neighborhood was originally a 9th century Jewish neighborhood and then a Muslim fort and city with still existing walls and gates from the Muslim Ziri Dynasty of the 11th century, this dynasty predated the Alhambra. In the Albayzin we explore a large Morac- can market similar to those found in Fez in Morocco.
